For the past few years, I had been experiencing pain in my lower back. Sometime early this year, I started having frequent pain in my left knee and right heel and when it became chronic, I consulted a chiropractor who told me that my hip was misaligned, resulting in the pain on my lower back. Also one of my legs was shorter than the other. This imbalance of my legs caused me to walk with a visible limp and the resulting in the pain to my heel and knee.
I booked an appointment with a specialist in January 2015 and in the meantime, I was prescribed painkillers and muscle relaxants.
At the training workshop conducted by Pastor Peter Truong on Friday night, I responded when Pastor Peter asked if anyone had lower back pain. The brothers prayed for me. A while later, I responded again when Pastor Peter asked if anyone had pain in their right heel. As I went forward, Pastor Peter asked if one of my legs was shorter than the other and I told him that it was so, although I had no idea which one. Pastor Peter got me to seat upright on a chair and placed both my legs in a raised position on another chair in front of me.
To my surprise (as I had not done this before) I could see that my right leg was one inch shorter than the left. Pastor Peter, then the brothers laid hands on my right leg and prayed for me. When the prayer started, I closed my eyes and asked Jesus to heal me. Soon after, I could feel my right leg stretching. It took me by surprise and I was not sure what to make of it. When it stretched for a second time, I knew then that Jesus was healing me. At that instance I thanked him and then, suddenly I started crying and I think it got louder and I believed I wailed at bit and my body was trembling too.
When Pastor Peter checked my right leg, he found that it has become one cm longer than the left! The brothers started praying again, this time for my left leg to be lengthened. Within minutes the left leg grew to the same length as the right.
Before I was prayed for on Friday night, I had to hold onto the railings and take one step at a time when I walked down the stairs. But after the prayers on Friday, I could walk down the stairs normally. Jesus had done a complete healing and restoration to my lower back, my hip, my knees and my ankle. Hallelujah!
The experience was awesome, amazing and something I will remember forever. I am thankful to the Lord for His grace and power.
In fact, I attended the healing seminar on Friday looking forward to receive healing from the Lord. I had a quiet sense of anticipation, but what took place was way beyond my expectation.
Indeed, God is our GREAT HEALER and ALL GLORY to HIM! Amen.
On Christmas Eve, 24 December 2014, I went to see a doctor at my neighbourhood polyclinic, for a follow-up appointment as well as to stock up my regular medication for my chronic health problems (hypertension, cholesterol and epilepsy).
Before seeing the doctor, it was a mandatory requirement to have my personal health indicators checked by a nurse. I went on an electronic weighing and height-measuring platform and then took a blood pressure and heart rate reading.
I was again so joyful when the nurse expressed surprise and even shock that my blood pressure had improved dramatically from my previous check up on 17 November 2014. My blood pressure reading showed a drop from 150/89 to 119/73 and my weight had reduced from 91.2kg to 88.8kg. Then came the real surprise – I had grown taller, from 1.69m to 1.73m.
The nurse was very happy for me and I was just delirious as I knew that Jesus had done a complete healing for me, indeed beyond what I can imagine!
